LADIES MINISTRY

CHILDREN DIRECTOR

Shaleigha has been over the children's department for 13 years. The role of a children’s director encompasses a range of responsibilities aimed at fostering a safe and engaging environment for young learners. Her individual is tasked with developing age-appropriate curricula that align with the church’s mission, ensuring that the spiritual and emotional needs of children are met. Additionally, the director recruits, trains, and supports volunteers and staff, cultivating a strong team that can effectively minister to children. MEDIA DIRECTOR

As Media Director in our church for five years, the primary role involves overseeing all aspects of media production and communication to enhance the worship experience and community engagement. This includes managing audiovisual equipment, coordinating live-streaming services, and creating visually content for various platforms, such as social media, the church website. The Media Director also collaborates closely with pastors and church staff to ensure that all media aligns with the church’s mission and message. Additionally, this role requires staying updated on current media trends and technologies to effectively reach and connect with the congregation and the broader community.
